Sometimes the simple things in life and truth get lost in the distractions of the daily. Here’s a simple truth – branches don’t grow or bear fruit if they are cut off of the trunk. It is a truth that even Jesus had to apply to His own life (John 5:30). And so do we (John 15:5). There will be no growth in grace, no going from victory to victory and glory to glory if we’re not connected to Christ.
